Manufacturing Process

Ken Shaw Closets is dedicated to quality control. We use strict internal quality control measurements to ensure that all jobs are complete and up to our high standards. Your storage system will only leave our warehouse once our quality assurance technicians have given it their seal of approval.

Stability

All of our storage systems are constructed for maximum stability using 3/4" or 1” engineered wood panels that are either anchored to the studs in the wall or built from the floor up. Our trained technicians ensure that your storage system is designed and built to stand up to regular wear and tear.

Installation

Every storage system is 100% complete when it arrives at your location. Our trained technicians carefully install your new product and make sure to remove all their debris when they leave.  We believe in treating your home or office like it was our own.

Guarantee

Ken Shaw Closets offers a two-year, no-hassle installation service warranty, and a ten-year product warranty covering defects in materials and hardware for all of our products. These warranties apply under conditions of normal use only.
